Arlene Tavani has served as Board Secretary and Executive Assistant to the General Manager of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District for 21 years. She is a founding member of the Association of Board Clerks and Executive Assistants, that meets quarterly to exchange professional information and build interagency cooperation. She was a member of the Monterey County Commission on the Status of Women for six years.
