Gloriann has managed the Finance Division of the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District since 2009. Prior to joining the District, Gloriann worked in municipal finance for the City of Walnut Creek and Maze and Associates, Certified Public Accountants. She has extensive experience in local government finance, budget preparation and auditing.
Gloriann has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Accounting and a Masters Degree in Public Administration. She currently serves on the Government Finance Officers Association’s Special Review Committee for the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting Program.
