Jim Cervantes is a Managing Director with the Public Finance group of Stone and Youngberg, underwriters of municipal bonds in California since 1931. He also serves on Stone & Youngberg’s board of directors. Mr. Cervantes has specialized in California public agency financings since joining the firm in 1986. His experience includes Mello-Roos and assessment financings, water and sewer enterprise bonds, lease-backed certificates of participation and redevelopment bonds
